We will assign a sales manager to contact you as soon as possible.
Notify the factory and make samples
After collecting your customized product information, the formulation engineer will prepare the first sample according to your customized needs. It is worth noting that our factory has many existing formulas and free samples can be arranged. If you are satisfied with the first sample, we will produce samples with the packaging design you need. If there are only inner materials, it will take 7-10 days. If there are packaging materials in addition to inner materials, it will take 7-15 days to complete.
Mass production after clients satisfaction
Once the customer confirms the sample, packaging process and place an order, we will start to plan mass production. After the official production, we will have professionals to check the raw materials to ensure the quality and safety of the products, and promise to complete the production within the agreed time.
Pressed Powder (Loose powder, Eye shadow, Eyebrow powder, Blush, etc.) Process
1. Receive raw materials according to the "Production Order";
2. Sterilize and disinfect powder pressing equipment and operating tools;
3. Receive the corresponding mold;
4. Carry out trial production (adjust important technical parameters such as pressure and descending height);
5. Carry out the first article confirmation verification (net content and drop test);
6. Mass production.
Paste (Lipstick, Lip gloss, etc.) Process
1. Receive raw materials according to the "Production Order";
2. Sterilization and disinfection of packaging materials;
3. Sterilization and disinfection of machinery and equipment; receive corresponding molds that have been sterilized;
4. Carry out trial production (filling, drafting, wiping, testing, cleaning, counting, semi-finished product packaging, marking);
5. Determine the process flow;
6. Carry out first article confirmation verification;
7. Mass production.
